Will AP Apply This Policy Evenhandedly?
I've never noted such concern about being offensive in the past. Have you?

Associated Press, the world's largest news agency, decided against transmitting the cartoons despite carrying detailed articles about the drawings and the ensuing uproar.“Our practice is to not move material that is known to be offensive,” said Santiago Lyon, the New York-based director of photography.
So newsworthyness takes offense to offensiveness? And will they apply the same standard to offensive material directed at Christians and Jews? Or is this just an "affirmative action" offensiveness policy, with some groups excluded from the senstivity?
