Two Questions For Barack Following The Palin Nomination

mccainpalinbutton[1].jpg

O Wondrous Lightworker, in light of your record as a legislator and public statements during the campaign, would you please enlighten the people of this great nation on the following two questions.

1) Given the fact that Sarah Palin's youngest child has Down Syndrome, do you believe that the governor and her husband were "punished with a baby"?

2) If, at the last minute, Gov. Palin had decided that she did not want the baby, should it have been legally permissible to allow him to die unattended in a linen closet in order to preserve a woman's "right to choose"?

Americans want to know -- some more than others.

UPDATE: Looks like the Libbies are in an uproar that someone at the RNC suggested running with a similar comment from Rush Limbaugh. Given Obama's staunchly pro-abortion and pro-infanticide record, I don't see the problem with Limbaugh's comment or the staffer's suggestion -- unless your objection is that it is truthful information that would be bad for Obama.

1 Great questions. I am pro-choice and have always voted Democrat for the most part. I am so thrilled about McCain/Palin ticket!! I am a question asker as well. I admire your courage! Keep up the good work.

2 I can't believe McCain picked her for her pro-life beliefs, since she has so little foreign or domestic experience he is putting us all in jeopardy if he were to win.

3 Teris -- would that be more or less danger than the election as president of a former state senator with less than one term in the US Senate and no defense or foreign policy experience? If Sarah Palin's resume is so weak that she wouldn't be credible as Vice President, how can you believe that Barack Obama would make a credible, competent President? Or is that where "HOPE" comes in?

4 1) Given the fact that Sarah Palin's youngest child has Down Syndrome, do you believe that the governor and her husband were "punished with a baby"? It is simplistic thinking in the extreme to offer this woman as an example of what normal parents must endure, and the choices they must sometimes make. Let's hope these two affluent parents keep their well-paid jobs, so that their Downs-syndrome child never does become a burden - to taxpaying Americans. That you can even offer her as an anti-abortion example demonstrates the emptiness of your argument, and the low quality of your intellectual output.

5 You know, I seem to recall others who promoted your pro-eugenics view on how to deal with children who were "a burden" on society, barfly. But what is particularly strange is that liberals like you usually PROMOTE dependency on government as the solution to all problems.
