So while she might not push such a move, would she block one by other members -- members of her own senior leadership?
U.S. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., has pledged not to pursue impeachment of President George W. Bush if Democrats win the November election."Impeachment is off the table," said Pelosi in an interview aired Sunday on CBS "60 Minutes."
Asked if that was a pledge, Pelosi said it was.
"Yes, it is a pledge," she said. "Of course it is."
Pelosi called impeachment "a waste of time," and suggested Republicans -- who have controlled the House for 12 years -- would make political hay out of it if Democrats tried to impeach Bush.
"Wouldn't they just love it if we came in and our record as Democrats coming forth after 12 years is to talk about George Bush and Dick Cheney? This election is about them. This is a referendum on them. Making them lame ducks is good enough for me."
Actually, Nancy, they are lame ducks whether you people win or not. And I see nothing in your "pledge" that is binding on any other Democrat.

More seriously, he's not going to get impeached, no matter how many seats the good guys take. There'll be some investigations into some of the more flagrant malfeasance of the administration, but we will all profit from a little gridlock in DC.

Bush won't be impeached for the same reason the Democratic hierarchy ignored their 80% anti-war majority and gave Bush a carte blanche to commit war crimes in 2003.

More important for the siteowner to turn a blind eye to a no-win war his party lied America into and utter futile attempts to defame critics who would have saved 650,000 Iraq and 2800 American lives.

Keep revealing your hateful obeisance to the Empire's bloody rampage,Groggy.
Among the other conservatives who accept the study are Pat Buchanan and George Will. The Tufts University expert cited in the above link provides one of a host of such who vouch for the accuracy and methodology of it. History will record your hypocritically ruthless neocon brothers Perle, Wolfy,Cheney et al as among those with the most innocent blood on their hands. Since you promote them, it is also on yours.

Your a priori acceptance of a capitalized myth renders the balance of your proclamation inutile. Again, you have currently flowing blood of innocent Iraqis on your hands

Why don't you go fly to Europe and put your belief in the falsity of the Holocaust to the test. Surely you can disprove it in court.

Only about 33% of Germans believe the "Holocaust" as you define it happened, recent polls reveal. I do what I can to help historians Irving and Germar Rudolph extricate themselves from the prisons you are glad confine them.
By the way, Pat Tillman's fellow veteran brother and family would be glad to join Bush impeachment efforts. Mom Tillman reveals Pat turned against Bush and the Iraq War with a vengeance. His brother condemns both vehemently in MSM interviews and columns.

2) I'm curious -- does the percentage of Holocaust-deniers in Germany include the Muslim "guest-workers", whose hatred of Jews is religiously ingrained? And i'm quite sorry to see that the German education system fails to teach teh truth sufficiently.
3) The Tillmans are entitled to their opinion. Most Iraqi vets and their families disagree.

I wouldn't bet on it. EDITOR AND PUBLISHER did a story in early 2006 showing about a 50/50 pro-anti war split in families of those killed in the war.
